Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees and retirees. Through corporate gift matching, your employer can double or even triple your impact on the school at no additional cost to you. Conditions and criteria for gift matching vary by employer.
Here are a few steps to find out:
1. Check with your HR Department. ( If they don’t, you may want to ask your company to start one. )
2. Ask your employer for the company’s “MATCHING GIFT FORM.”
3. Fill it out completely.
4. Please make checks payable to F.A. Day PTO Middle School. Write on the check’s memo line, “F.A. Day PTO Corporate Matching Fund.”
5. Complete your form and send in both items, form and check with your child or mail it directly to F.A. Day Middle School Attn: PTO Treasurer ~ 21 Minot Place Newtonville, MA 02460
6. Day PTO will verify receipt of your gift and return the form to your company for matching funds. Process varies per employer.
