Activites for Students on the December Early Day
The next date for early release for professional development is December 11th. (The date in the student agenda books is INCORRECT.) Newton Community Education, in partnership with the Newton Public Schools, will provide in-school programming on the afternoon of the release day. All classes will begin at 11:30 and end at 2:15. Students should be picked up by parents at the end of the session. If there is evidence of sufficient need, bus transportation will be provided for students who normally ride the bus. You may register on-line a for the conferences beginning on December 1st at www.virtualparagon.com/day/conference/. Please refer to a letter that will be sent home in backpacks on November 24th.
