Mid-Winter Coffeehouse

The MWCH is a long-standing Day event that also draws audience from the greater Newton community. It is a fun and lively evening featuring local folk performers and is a fundraiser for Day. Volunteers coordinate with performers, generate publicity, organize food/drinks, and help with set-up and clean-up. The event has several veteran volunteers but currently requires an additional person to assist in delegating/overseeing the planning and set-up. It is typically held in February, but scheduling is contingent on venue availability and performers' schedules.
